COME GOOD RAIN

is set in Uganda on the night of December 10th, 1980. On this night, George Seremba was abducted and persecuted by Milton Obote's military soldiers and was left to die in Namanve Forest. Come Good Rain is George Seremba's redemption story, as he relieves this tragic night in the form of a one-man show. In the words of Seremba: "There are always those folks, however, on whose behalf I also testify since they never left the forest alive, however- shredded or patched they might have been."

GEORGE SEREMBA is an award winning actor & playwright. After moving to Canada from

Uganda, he has written three full-length plays, The Grave Will Decide, Come Good Rain, and Napoleon of the Nile.
